I really don't know what's wrong with my body, I freaked out and thought of ridiculous scenarios like someone inseminating me while I was sleeping but I realized how ridiculous and paranoid I am, please help..

I also have not had my period in about 2 months (not really counting but I know it's a while and definitely more than a month) just like a new pregnant woman.

It's the second day of these symptoms... The cramps are still bad, still nauseous, and still having discharge.
